Exterior Home Improvement Products. Alumawood Patio Cover, American Louvered Roofs, Timbertech Decks, Sunscreen, Sunrooms, Railings
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are family owned and operated. My Business Partner and Contractor has been in the business and installation since 1973. He is one of the most knowledgeable in the products and the engineering required to build it properly. As his partner, I worked for the Clearing House handling the eight major banks operations in clearing all the checks presented for 25 years. I have owned two other successful businesses when he asked if I was interest. With his experience and knowledge in the product and my experience in finances it has been a great partnership.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Honesty and knowledge. We may loose a job due to price, but you have to be smart and know why. We talk apples to apples to assure you are engineered for a lifetime of safe enjoyment for your family and home. We are and have been the Platinum Dealer of Amerimax Alumawood products since 2012. Our excellent performance in Alumawood sales and customer satisfaction has made us one of Amerimax's top dealers nationwide. This achievement is something to celebrate because it does not come easily. Less than 5% of Amerimax customers reach the Platinum level. There are products that look similar and claim they have, but Amerimax Alumawood does give a lifetime warranty on the paint system. Saving you up keep and many years of carefree enjoyment. There is no charge to schedule an appointment for us to visit you at your home to provide a firm bid for your project dreams.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one locations for the showroom and warehouse. Plans to expand has already happened we have a beautiful building on State Street in Pleasant Grove, but we needed more warehouse space. So we are now in Provo. You can spot our billboard on the west side of the freeway going south, between University Parkway and Center Street in Provo. Our new location address is 1876 North 2700 West Unit 3, Provo 84601 Phone number 801-224-8500.

As I said, we are located where you can spot our billboard on the west side of the freeway going south, between University Parkway and Center Street in Provo. Our new location address is 1876 North 2700 West Unit 3, Provo 84601 Phone number 801-224-8500. If you know where Walmart is on University there is a Road on the west side of it called Sandhill Road, you go south to the roundabout and turn west under the freeway and before you go over any railroad tracks you turn south down a rustic road to some big blue building and we are in unit 3, next door to Traditional Mill.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and we have financing available.
Which areas do you service?
We serve 100 mile radius. No job to small.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Steve Brewer, Contractor & Owner, Melanie Miller CFO & Owner, we are partners and run all operations of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm. Appointments are made to fit your schedule, up to 7 pm. Closed Sundays
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
